The Melbourne group Couch Warriors have run BAM twice before with this years event shaping up to be the biggest to date. Not only are there various competitions for prizes and bragging rights over games such as (but not limited to) Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition, Blazblue: Continuum Shift 2, Tekken 6 and Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike but punters will also have a chance to play the yet to be released Street Fighter X Tekken, Soul Calibur V and Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 for the first time in Australia.

Registration and venue details are available at the Battle Arena Melbourne website. We'll be there filming the event also if you're unable to make it and there's also a livestream occuring throughout the weekend if you don't want to miss any of the tournament play BAM has to offer.
